Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Evermade Hockey. We stand behind the quality and performance of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In new, unused condition

  • Unwashed and unworn

  • In original packaging, with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Final sale, customized, or gift card items are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@evermadehockey.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You will receive return instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).

  3. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return conditions.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size, color, or product replacements, subject to inventory availability. Follow the return process above and note that exchanges are processed as new orders after the original item is received and inspected.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your return is denied, we will notify you and return the item back to you.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will prioritize resolution and cover return or replacement shipping if applicable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).

  3. Contact your bank.

  4. If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at customerservice@evermadehockey.com.

7. Retail Purchases

If you purchased our products through an authorized retail partner, please refer to their return and refund policies. We are only able to process returns for purchases made directly through evermadehockey.com.
